Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing & Delivery Times We ship all orders to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate to avoid delays.

• Northern & Eastern Europe: Estimated delivery is 5–10 working days.

• Other Regions: The delivery timeframe will be confirmed with you via email after your order is placed.

• Non-Stock & Special Order Items: These items have an estimated delivery time of 2–6 months, depending on supplier availability.

Receiving Your Order When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging for any damage. If the package is damaged, you must make a note of it on the delivery bill before signing and contact us immediately at info@mxgrade.com.

If you are unable to accept your delivery within 14 days of the scheduled date, your order may be cancelled and any related costs may be deducted from your refund.
