Two-Chamber Smoke Oven with Adjustable Smoke and Heat Control
A robust smoke oven featuring a two-chamber system, where smoke generated during heating is vented through roof exhausts. The smoke and steam levels in the cooking chamber can be precisely adjusted using a separate chimney flue, allowing for optimal smoking conditions.
An optional gas heater is available for added convenience, making it much easier to prepare delicious smoked products. When using a wood-burning setup, the cooking chamber temperature must be carefully monitored to stay within the ideal range — but with gas heating, the temperature remains highly stable and consistent.
