The smoke and water vapour in the cooking chamber can be controlled by a separate chimney flue. A gas heater can be purchased as an optional extra, making the preparation of delicious smoked products much more convenient. When using a wood-burning stove, the temperature in the cooking chamber must be carefully monitored to keep it within the right range, but with a gas solution the temperature is very stable.
